The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to the relationship between Royal Infinity and all subsidiaries of Royal Infinity, www.royalinfinity.space ("Royal Infinity"), and the end user ("You" or "Your"). By using Royal Infinity services, you accept the following Terms and Conditions, as well as the manner in which Royal Infinity operates. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Royal Infinity and You, and supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between You and Royal Infinity with respect of Your use of Royal Infinity. Information on www.royalinfinity.space, such as the "How it Works" or "Help" section, are only recommendations and are not intended as guidelines. Royal Infinity is not liable or responsible for the actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material. Royal Infinity undertakes to follow all local tax legislation for the sale of bid packages and goods in the countries in which it operates, such as payment of VAT. Royal Infinity reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to You.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accepting the Terms & Conditions and/or registering with Royal Infinity, You confirm that You are eligible (as specified in the "Eligibility" section) to use Royal Infinity. If You do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, please do not use Royal Infinity. If You access and use any service from Royal Infinity, You agree to and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
By accepting the Terms & Conditions and/or registering on Royal Infinity, You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age and at least age of majority subject to the laws of the state, city or other legal entity; therefore You can engage in a binding contract. By using Royal Infinity, You warrant that You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions. By registering on Royal Infinity, the user declares that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Royal Infinity employees and their family members may not, under any circumstances, participate in Royal Infinity auctions. Royal Infinity products and services are offered exclusively to private users and not to commercial or semi-commercial retailers. Royal Infinity reserves the right to limit the number of user accounts per household. A user may not use any external software to automatically place bids in the auctions. Royal Infinity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate any user’s account based on suspicion of the use of such software.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
TERMINATION BY YOU : You may close your account at any time by sending us notification of your intention. TERMINATION BY Royal Infinity: Royal Infinity reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate Your account at its sole discretion if it determines You have violated these Terms & Conditions, any laws, or the rights of our other users or other third parties. Examples of unauthorized usage include the use of unauthorized third-party bidding or bid tracking software, the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, or if Royal Infinity suspects fraudulent account activity or behavior. You agree that if Royal Infinity, in good faith and in its sole discretion, determines that You have breached these Terms & Conditions, Royal Infinity may withhold, cancel or otherwise retain any and all of Your pending deliveries and/or refunds for bids.
Block or Restrict User's Funds :
Royal Infinity reserves the right to block or restrict the wallet funds, withdrawal of funds, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Reasons for such actions may include, but are not limited to, violations of our terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, or any other actions deemed harmful to the company or its users. Such measures are taken to protect the integrity of our services and the interests of all stakeholders.
Modify Policies and Marketing Plan :
Royal Infinity reserves the right to modify, alter, or update its policies, marketing(business) plan, and any related terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to users. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or through other communication channels. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
APPLICABLE LAW :
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Furthermore, these Terms & Conditions shall exclude application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
